With more than 8 years’ experience in Melbourne’s property market specialising in commercial property and development sites sales, Shawn has gained extensive knowledge and insight with the financial aspect of property market, while developing strong communication skills during client management. Shawn had achieved great sales outcome with his previous teams and is looking to contribute his expertise to Stonebridge.

Being fluent in Mandarin, Shawn has the privilege of being proactive with Asian investors and syndicates, he has built strong relationships with many of Melbourne’s mid and top tier developers.
