Dylan has over 12 years’ experience in the property industry, first in valuations before successfully transitioning into sales approximately 5 years ago.

Dylan’s role at Stonebridge Property Group, will be sales in the Melbourne City Fringe market. This sector of the market is anticipated to highly active market in 2021, given the quality locations and current trends of many businesses electing not to base themselves in the CBD.
