Alex has 11 years of experience in the commercial property sector, with a background in valuations and analytics.

Alex has solely focused on the sale of NSW Retail investment opportunities for over 6 years. This specialisation has resulted in Alex executing over $750 million in transactions across retail investment assets including Neighbourhood Shopping Centres, Hardware, Large Format Retail, Freestanding Supermarkets and Retail Development sites. 

Alex has worked with a broad spectrum of clients including institutional owners, major retailers, syndicators and a particular focus on NSW high net worth and private investors. Alex’s foundation of a client first approach and a high level of personal service has allowed him to develop a strong network of private clients.

Alex’s exclusive mandate in advising and transacting NSW retail assets provides him a detailed insight into existing retail investor mandates, evolving market conditions and new entrants into the market. This understanding has resulted in several record-breaking transactions being achieved for his clients.
