Following a 10-year career in international finance, Andrew has specialised in the sale of inner-city and metro developments sites, transacting with some of Melbourne’s most prominent private and institutional capital.

Some of his key sales include 671 Chapel Street, a premium South Yarra development site, on behalf of a prominent private family, for circa $40m to a major institutional developer; and 40-72 Rokeby Street Collingwood, a multi-tenanted warehouse / development site on behalf of a group of investors for $24.5m to a major developer.

Andrew’s experience and strong technical grounding ensures he takes a comprehensive view on all sales instructions exploring all of a property’s value drivers.
