As one of the founding directors, Phil has seen the group grow from a fledgling start-up to a best in class national agency, successfully handling complex, protracted deals on behalf of some of Australia’s largest commercial owners – in large part due to Stonebridge’s professionalism, tenacity, lateral thinking and expertise.

After 28 years in property, he has come to believe reputation is everything. Transparency, persistence and market knowledge are essential ingredients for success, as are building long lasting, trusted relationships. That’s why Phil takes a long-term view to every client’s situation, spending time getting to know them and their key objectives and motivations as both buyers and sellers.
