A permit approved townhouse development site at 210 Alma Road, St Kilda East has been sold by Stonebridge Property Group represented by Julian White, Shawn Luo and Jacob Biviano. The permit approved landholding was transacted for $1,800,000 representing a land rate of $3,232 sqm.

The expression of interest campaign generated a total of 138 enquiries, with a total of seven offers being received from developers based in Melbourne and Stonebridge’s Asia Practice team.

A large emphasis in the marketing materials and sales pitch during the campaign was on the at grade car parking, the prime Alma Road location and utilising aggressive end townhouse sales evidence, which was a key strategy our team leveraged to achieve a strong result for the Vendor.

Our development site team worked to ensure maximum market engagement was achieved in the sale process for our vendors of the property. The result marks Stonebridge’s 21st development site sale since July this year.
