Receiver and Manager Sale – Fully Leased Eastern Suburbs Investment, Trading as Holiday Inn & Suites

Bondi Junction, the transport and retail hub of Sydney’s eastern suburbs, is set to draw national and international attention from investors this month as Holiday Inn & Suites, Bondi Junction is offered for sale.

Stonebridge’s Lincoln Blackledge, Alex James-Elliott and Kevin Tong have been exclusively appointed, on behalf of the Receivers and Managers, to lead the marketing of the 82 individual strata hotel suite offering comprising ‘Holiday Inn & Suites, Bondi Junction’ via a formal National Expressions of Interest campaign.

Commenting on the campaign launch, Stonebridge Director Alex James-Elliott noted,

“The Holiday Inn and Suites, Bondi Junction is underpinned by a secure initial lease until 2027, with options until 2042, featuring fixed annual rental reviews. The Holiday Inn and Suites is one of a number of accommodation brands that make up IHG (intercontinental Hotels Group) – one of the largest hotel chains in the world.”

The offering represents an opportunity for investors to own a 100% leased hotel, trading as Holiday Inn & Suites (an IHG brand hotel). The hotel is located within 300m of Bondi Junction Train and Bus Station and close to Westfield Shopping Centre and a host of other retail, service and leisure facilities.

Stonebridge National Partner Lincoln Blackledge added,

“Given the property’s close proximity to a range of tourist magnets including Sydney’s Entertainment Quarter, Sydney Cricket Ground, The Hordern Pavilion and Allianz Stadium, which are hosts to major sporting and entertainment events throughout the year, the hotel is ideally located to provide accommodation to a huge number of visitors”.

Holiday Inn & Suites, Bondi Junction is for sale via Expressions of Interest closing Wednesday 15 November at 4pm (AEDT).
