Stonebridge appoints experienced Sydney agent Spero Xenos

Stonebridge Property Group has recruited experienced Sydney real estate agent Spero Xenos to its metropolitan sales team.

Mr Xenos has over 8 years experience in the Sydney commercial real estate market, spanning leasing and sales of high-profile investments and development sites.

The appointment strengthens Stonebridge’s coverage of the Sydney metropolitan market, which is undergoing significant change as a result of major infrastructure projects and planning policy shifts.

Lincoln Blackledge, Partner at Stonebridge said

“We are thrilled at the appointment of such a well-rounded agent. Spero has a wealth of experience in the Sydney market across all asset classes and has an outstanding network of private owners, investors and developers.

We have seen a significant uplift in vendor activity over the past 3 months, so we expect 2024 to be a strong period of transaction activity for Spero and our team”.

Mr Xenos, on his move to Stonebridge said:

“Stonebridge has an excellent reputation in the market, so I am excited to add to the service offering. Stonebridge’s coverage of city fringe, strip retail and development sites in key eastern seaboard markets is extremely strong. I will be working closely with the Melbourne and Brisbane offices to ensure our clients assets reach the most active capital nationally.”
