Stonebridge appoints Steve James as Director

Stonebridge Property Group has recruited experienced industry expert Steve James as Director in its Development Sites division.

Steve is one of Australia’s leading operatives in his market segment, with over 20 years’ experience in sales and leasing. Prior to Stonebridge, Steve was responsible for a national portfolio of retail, commercial & leisure assets.

Steve has an exceptional database of tenants, owner occupiers and developers nationally, strengthening Stonebridge’s development site service offering.

Steve holds a Master of Property Development, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Registered Property Valuer.
