Sydney Northern Beaches shopping centre sold for $60 million

Stonebridge, in conjunction with JLL, is proud to announce the successful sale of Dee Why Grand shopping centre in Sydney’s Northern Beaches for $60 million, acquired by a private investor.

Dee Why Grand comprises a dual supermarket anchored neighbourhood shopping centre within 15 kilometres of the Sydney CBD in a tightly held northern beaches catchment.

The campaign resulted in strong demand from both local and offshore buyer groups benefiting from favourable market timing as it marked the first formal Sydney metropolitan institutional grade opportunity to come to market in 2024.
