Telstra sell Springvale development site

Stonebridge Property Group have completed a successful sale of 18-26 Warwick Avenue, Springvale, a 705sqm allotment on the fringe of the Springvale Activity Centre.

The auction campaign was on behalf of Telstra, with transaction manager Charter Keck Cramer.

The property is majority vacant, however, is adjoining the local Telstra exchange and needs to retain the existing Telstra asset on site, with any proposed building to be developed over this.

Stonebridge Partner, Julian White, who marketed the property, along with colleagues Max Warren and Chao Zhang, said “the requirements to retain the Telstra asset on site made it a little more challenging to sell, however, our team was able to engage with a number of qualified groups, particularly those that already own in the precinct, to achieve a strong result of $2.2 million.”
