Telstra Sells Box Hill Activity Centre Landholding
30 Cambridge Street, Box Hill

 

A 902sqm site located at 30 Cambridge Street, Box Hill, owned by Telstra Limited and adjoining an existing telephone exchange has been sold on an unconditional basis. The sale price was $4,700,000 with the sale completing on a short-term settlement.

The sale was handled by Julian White and Chao Zhang from Stonebridge Property Group, along with Transaction Advisor, Charter Keck Cramer.

The property was purchased buy Zynergy Property with Director Alex Zhang.
