Stonebridge Property Group (“Stonebridge”) in conjunction with Savills is pleased to announce the sale of Windsor Marketplace to Holdmark Property Group for $22.6 million. The sale price reflects a passing yield of approximately 3.49%.

Windsor Marketplace is a highly convenient neighbourhood retail centre, located 55 kilometres north west of Sydney CBD and 30 kilometres from Parramatta, Sydney’s second CBD.
