Bailey has completed a degree at the University of Denver – Bachelor of Science Business Administration – Finance Major, Accounting Minor. Prior to this experience, he has worked in leasing, accounting, and valuation roles for commercial office properties.

As part of the analyst team, Bailey assists the development sites business by providing relevant market information and high-level analysis through a meticulous attention to detail.
